# Zentrik + Wispr Flow

Review Notetaker meetings and bring selected conversations into Discovery as Signals.

## Overview

An owner or admin connects Wispr Flow for the workspace. Owners, admins and Editors can review meetings and import them. Each member can also connect their own Wispr account for personal review without replacing the workspace connection.

## Connect Wispr Flow

Before connecting, confirm that your Wispr Flow account has Notetaker and MCP access. Organization policies can restrict access. See [Wispr Flow connection requirements](https://docs.wisprflow.ai/articles/9551372685-connect-an-mcp-client-to-wispr-flow-remote-mcp-server).

1. As a workspace owner or admin, open **Settings → Integrations** and find **Wispr Flow** in the catalog.
2. Choose **Connect**, sign in with the account the workspace should use, and approve access. No API key is needed.
3. Return to Zentrik and confirm that the connection is connected. Open **Connection details** in the meeting review to check the account.

There is one workspace connection. Reconnecting it with a different Wispr account changes workspace access for everyone. To add your own account alongside it, follow **Personal access** below.

## Add your own account

Once the workspace integration exists, each owner, admin or Editor can add one personal Wispr connection:

1. In Discovery, choose **Wispr Flow** under **Calls and meetings** in the import flow.
2. Open **Connection details**, then choose **Add my account**.
3. Sign in with your Wispr account and approve access. Zentrik returns you to the import flow.
4. Under **Meeting access**, choose **My account**, then find meetings.

Only you can browse through your personal connection. Other members add their own accounts in the same way. Use **Reconnect my account** or **Remove my access** in Connection details to manage yours. Removing personal access leaves the workspace connection and imported Signals in place.

Choose **Workspace account** to return to the shared connection. Switching accounts clears the current selection and preview. Personal connections are used only for manual review.

## Review and import meetings

1. Open the Wispr Flow connection, or choose it under **Calls and meetings** in Discovery's import flow.
2. Choose **Meeting access**, an optional destination **Product**, and a **Folder**. For **All accessible meetings**, choose a **Date range** of up to 31 days. A selected folder includes all dates.
3. Choose **Find meetings**. Sort by **Meeting** or **Date**, and use the status filter to include already imported meetings. Search appears for longer lists and covers loaded meetings. Choose **Load more meetings** when available; selections remain checked across pages.
4. Choose a meeting title or its preview button to inspect the source. Shared meetings may provide notes without a transcript. Leave **Include the connected account’s personal notes** off unless those notes should also be shared with the workspace.
5. Select up to 25 meetings and choose **Import meetings**. Follow **View processing progress and results** to check the import and its Signals. If some meetings fail, retry the remaining selection.

Imports run only when you select them. This connector does not run scheduled imports or receive live meeting notifications. Processing may continue after import, and a meeting may yield no relevant product evidence.

The same meeting from the same Wispr account keeps one Signal identity, whether accessed through a personal or workspace connection. Different Wispr accounts have separate source identities; copies of a shared meeting imported through different accounts may create separate Signals.

## Data and access

Wispr authorization permits account-wide reading. Zentrik reads the account selected under Meeting access and stores only the meetings you import. It does not write back to Wispr. Credentials stay on the server.

Imported content includes the accessible transcript, summary, title, source identifier, available date, folder information and source link. Personal notes are included only when selected. Generated summaries are labeled as AI notes when no transcript is accessible. Participant names remain source content and are not automatically matched to Accounts.

Imported Signals use Zentrik workspace permissions, including those imported through personal access. Wispr's per-meeting sharing rules are not copied into Zentrik. Select only meetings the workspace may retain.

Disconnecting stops new reads through that connection. Signals already imported remain until deleted.

## Troubleshooting

### Wispr asks me to reconnect

For My account, choose Reconnect my account. For Workspace account, ask an owner or admin to reconnect Wispr Flow. If your organization restricts MCP access, ask its administrator to check the policy.

### A meeting or transcript is missing

Check Meeting access and Connection details, then try another date range or folder. Load more results when offered. Wispr may withhold shared transcripts or remove them under its retention policy; a summary may still be available.

### A preview or import could not finish

If the connected account changed, find meetings again before importing. Otherwise, wait for Wispr to finish processing the meeting and retry. Incomplete or unsupported text ranges stop the import. After a rate-limit error, wait a minute before retrying.
