Teams can now turn richer Study responses into evidence-linked learning and a focused follow-up. Direction then keeps ideas, opportunities, and initiatives together with readiness, lifecycle progress, and the next useful action.

## Move from responses to the next learning decision

Completed Studies can now roll up into a source-linked learning summary that separates established findings from open questions. When another Study would help, Zentrik proposes a reviewable draft rather than publishing or inviting participants automatically.
