## Keep customer conversations attached to the decision

A Live Interview Study starts with a learning goal and discussion guide, then carries the planned interview through its Pulse link, transcript Signal, participant and Account context, and resulting findings. Teams can select completed conversations from supported sources and correct their context before attaching them.
