# Analysis: find structure across dozens of insights

Once you have more than a few dozen insights, reading them one by one stops working. This release adds three ways to see structure across a larger dataset. Clustering groups similar insights or ideas so you can read a summary instead of a list. The opportunity tree shows your opportunities with their linked ideas branching underneath. And trends show you how signal volume on different themes has changed over time.

## Clustering

Run a clustering job on your insights or ideas. Zentrik groups semantically related items, generates a label for each group, and shows you a summary with a count and the ability to drill into any cluster. You can rerun the analysis after importing new signals without losing your exploration state.

- Useful when you have 50+ insights and want to know the big themes before planning
- Drill-down shows individual items inside each cluster
- Rerun keeps the same navigation state so you don't lose your place

## Opportunity tree

The tree view lays out your opportunities with linked ideas and related initiatives underneath them. You can see how ideas map to opportunities and which initiatives have already been created to address them.

- Easier to spot opportunities that have lots of ideas but no initiative yet
- Visual overview of your portfolio without a separate roadmap tool

## Trends

The trends view plots signal volume over time by theme or taxonomy label. If a topic spiked in customer calls three months ago and you never acted on it, it shows up here.

- Helps distinguish a lasting pattern from a one-week spike
- Useful in quarterly reviews to show how the signal landscape shifted

## Idea import

Import ideas from existing idea systems directly into Discovery. Map them to products and statuses in your workspace during import.

- Teams already using another idea system don't need to re-enter data manually
- Imported ideas join the same graph as manually created ones
