Fathom and Microsoft Teams imports joined the source lineup, Google Picker made document selection more precise, signal processing became easier to track, and narrative evidence controls became safer when teams review what should or should not support an opportunity. ## What changed - Fathom and Microsoft Teams transcript imports bring more customer calls into Discovery - Google Picker makes Drive and Docs context selection more precise - Signals now have clearer async import and processing feedback - Opportunity narratives and trees handle imperfect evidence sets more gracefully ## Fathom and Teams join transcript intake Teams that record customer conversations in Fathom or Microsoft Teams can now bring those transcripts into Discovery when the workspace connection supports it. The importer lists available meetings, imports selected transcripts, and processes them into signals for analysis. - Customer calls do not need to be manually pasted after every meeting - Teams using Microsoft 365 or Fathom can keep their existing call workflow - Imported conversations enter the same signal pipeline as other sources ## Google Docs selection gets more deliberate Google Picker support lets teams choose specific Drive and Docs files for context instead of treating the integration as a broad document dump. That matters when only some upstream docs should influence planning, discovery, or initiative work. - Less accidental context from irrelevant documents - Cleaner handoff between Google Docs and Zentrik documents - Better setup for teams that still collaborate upstream in Docs ## Signal processing is easier to follow Signals gained an async table and clearer loading behavior so import jobs do not feel like a black box. Large Discovery views also received performance work around overview loading, ideas loading, and table calls. - You can see more clearly what is processing - Discovery overview and ideas views load with less blocking - Longer-running imports are easier to reason about ## Evidence review is safer Opportunity narratives now handle linked and unlinked evidence more cleanly, and opportunities can appear in the canvas even before every expected link exists.
