# Move delivery work like you would move a real object.

v1.15.0 · Released 2026-09-06

Delivery and the initiative schedule now share one timeline you can drag, the initiative board and the roadmap answer a pointer and a keyboard the same way, and a decision on an initiative can be edited where it was made.

## What changed

- Drag work on one timeline shared by Delivery and the initiative schedule
- Move a card on the initiative board and the roadmap with a pointer or a keyboard
- Open customer evidence on an Account and turn it into the next piece of work
- Add team members who can own work without a login, and convert them to an account later
- Plan live interviews inside a Study, with duration estimates and pending findings
- Edit an initiative decision, with its scope and effort, where the decision was made

## One timeline, and a board you can drive from the keyboard

Delivery's timeline and the initiative schedule are now the same primitive, so a bar means the same thing and behaves the same way in both. The initiative board and the roadmap moved onto one shared board behaviour: dragging feels like handling an object rather than a proxy for it, and the same move is available from the keyboard, one press per column. Other boards keep their existing behaviour for now.

- One schedule to learn instead of one per screen
- A card can be moved without a mouse

## Evidence where the account lives

An Account now carries its own Evidence tab, and each piece of evidence can be turned into the next Idea or Opportunity from there. A People row can be resolved where it is read, and Zentrik will not suggest a Person their own Account.

- [People and accounts](/docs/product/people-and-accounts)

## Plan the interviews, not just the study

Live interview planning moved into the Study itself: see pending findings, share the estimated interview duration, and use an optional group Pulse link without losing the individual interviews behind it.

- [Run idea studies](/docs/product/idea-studies)

## More in this release

### Delivery and planning

Schedules and boards moved onto shared foundations.

- Use the same timeline controls in Delivery and the initiative schedule
- Timeline labels remain readable across screen widths and themes
- The initiative board and the roadmap share one drag behaviour, by pointer and by keyboard
- Cards cannot be dropped into the column for unavailable statuses
- Configure delivery roles, including which role's work must finish before another role's generated tasks
- Editable initiative decisions, with scope and effort review
- Add team members who can own and be planned into work without a login, and convert them to a real account later without losing their history

### Discovery and accounts

- Account Evidence tab, with Turn into actions on each piece of evidence
- Signal and Insight Evidence share one header filter row
- Discovery Overview activity fits the available screen width
- A People row can be resolved where it is read, for a whole page at a time
- Zentrik no longer suggests a Person their own Account, and reports what an action actually did
- Objectives are ranked by what changed rather than by what is missing

### Studies and interviews

- Live interview planning inside a Study
- Pending interview findings, with a shared AI interview duration estimate
- Optional group Pulse links that preserve the individual interviews behind them
- Study feedback participant identity is available through existing API and MCP grants

### Agents, API and imports

- Discovery search retrieves results with fewer requests
- An empty filtered list explains what narrowed it instead of returning a bare not-found
- Zendesk imports wait out the provider's rate limit instead of failing tickets
- Opening a dialog or sheet moves focus into it, so Tab stays inside the panel instead of walking the page behind it
- A page of table rows arrives together, and typing in search no longer restaggers them
- Streamed chat text is revealed a word at a time rather than a glyph at a time, and a run says what it is doing once
