## Add account context without changing the numbers

Label accounts as External, Internal, or Test in account settings, the API, and MCP. Filter the account list by type while revenue totals and decision scores continue to include every account.

## Carry Study responses into your tools

Export saved answers, participant details, notes, and click responses through the API. Submissions without a rating are included, so downstream review can use the full response set.

## Sync only the records that changed

Use updatedSince to read changed accounts, signals, and Studies. Follow a signal's linked Initiatives and Studies, or filter signals by those links and by source type.

## See the next step in Discovery work

Idea and Insight records open independently of duplicate checks, with failed checks explained when they need attention. Question assignments show who will be notified, and the Initiative assistant reports progress from completed work with clearer recovery controls.
