# Manual Evidence capture and steadier workflows

Add manually reviewed Evidence to Signals through the public API, and keep Initiative work areas and Accounts review usable as teams move through their work.

- Add a manually reviewed Evidence claim to a Signal through the public API
- Keep Initiative work areas reachable when the workspace header has limited width
- Keep selected Accounts columns while sorting, and use the displayed weighted score for Discovery sorting

## Add reviewed Evidence to Signals

API clients with Signal read and Evidence curation access can add a manually reviewed Evidence claim to a Signal. Optional extracts must match the stored Signal text. Each request creates a new Evidence item; after a timeout, check the Signal's Evidence before retrying.

## Reach Initiative work areas in a narrow header

Keep Initiative work areas reachable when the workspace header has limited width. Use the existing compact picker to reach another work area.

## Keep Accounts sorting consistent

Keep selected Accounts columns while sorting, and use the displayed weighted score for Discovery sorting.
