# Richer imports and clearer initiative routing

Aha! imports carry saved mappings and source context. Insight review includes customer workflows and unmet needs, while Initiative Overview can route open questions. New public pages bring Zentrik films together.

- Search through up to 5,000 Aha! products and reuse a saved mapping in scheduled imports.
- Capture and classify Customer workflow and Unmet need Insights across the UI and API.
- Assign an open question or start an Initiative brief while setup questions remain.
- Browse Zentrik films on shareable pages and choose available wide or vertical cuts.

## Carry more context through Aha! imports

Product search can page through up to 5,000 products. A manual import remembers its full mapping for later scheduled runs. Re-imports follow Aha! status until someone changes the Zentrik idea, and imported source context is retained. Unreadable custom-field values are skipped and reported. After organizations are imported, teams can link idea voters to accounts. Comments, numeric custom-field types, proxy-vote values, and voting organizations are not included in these outcomes.

## Classify customer workflows and unmet needs

Customer workflow and Unmet need are now available in Insight capture and classification across the UI and API. Existing Insights in Other are not reclassified automatically; a team can recategorize an Insight after deployment.

## Route open questions from Initiative Overview

From Initiative Overview, assign an open question to someone and see who the team is waiting on. Editors can start a brief while questions remain open. Assigning a question uses the same write-access rule as answering it.

## Browse the Zentrik films library

Zentrik’s films library brings the films together on shareable pages. Viewers can choose wide or vertical cuts where both are available and copy a film link. The Gong page explains the read-only call-to-decision workflow and links to the Gong Collective listing; its film uses illustrative sample data.
