Research adds a live competitor landscape beside your product context. Discovery Value now explains account and people estimates with clearer arithmetic, timing, and open questions.

## What changed

- Review account and people Value in one workbench. Each contribution shows how its inputs shape the estimate and when the value may arrive.
- Huddle shows useful account context before initiatives are linked, while saved layouts and account selection stay in place.

## Compare a product with its alternatives

Open Research → Competitors to compare remembered alternatives against shared questions about live capabilities, pricing, and other product needs. Changed answers are marked against the previous run, and each answer opens its supporting evidence. An unanswered question stays visible as a gap. Research depends on the sources available for each product; the comparison does not establish that every source is current or complete.

## Read Value contributions with their assumptions

Account Value explains how likely-to-close, dependence, timing, and customer decisions shape each contribution. People Value uses the same workbench for products that earn from people, with its own stated model and assumptions. Review the open questions and evidence before comparing estimates. These are uncertain forecasts based on the inputs available, not guaranteed revenue or customer outcomes.
