# Answer initiative questions from customer evidence

Open questions can gather relevant customer quotations and draft answers for your review. Prepared workspaces give new teammates a clearer next step.

## What changed

- Open questions on active initiatives look for relevant evidence in the background.
- Review a drafted answer with its sources, then keep, reject or edit it.
- Explore a prepared Insight and choose to write an Idea or see another Insight.

## Review the answer and the customer words behind it

Open an active initiative’s Questions. Zentrik can suggest quoted evidence and draft an answer from it. Keep a relevant source or choose Not about this; edit and save the answer yourself. The initial review of a large evidence collection runs in batches, so every question may not have a draft at once.

## Choose your next step in a prepared workspace

After the opening chapters, use Explore this insight to read the customer quotation. Choose Write an idea about it or See another insight. Skip moves past the introduction, and the teammate step follows the Idea you make.

### Review and participation

- Workspace members can use their Zentrik identity in Engagement; invitations, consent and private group access still apply.
- Reviewed feed items remain visible by default, and this browser remembers your feed filters per workspace.
- Changes keeps the newest 10 saved change records per Idea, including unreviewed records. Older records are permanently deleted.
