# Compare customer dates with your delivery plan

See when customers need a decision beside when the planned work will ship, then give the customer-facing team a clear answer.

## What changed

- Initiatives → Customers puts customer decision dates and delivery dates on one timeline.
- Answer On track, At risk or Can’t by then; give an alternative when the plan will miss the date.

## Read the ask behind the date

Open Initiatives → Customers and select a customer entry. Compare the decision date with planned delivery, then read the request and linked work. Viewers can read the timeline; editors can answer. Can’t by then requires an alternative. Copy prepares text for your clipboard; it does not send a message.

## Read estimated value with its assumptions

The customer view uses CRM odds where available. When odds are absent, it labels the assumed 15% chance. These values help compare work; they do not predict booked revenue.
