Bring Gong calls into your product decisions.
Your sales team already hears why customers buy, stay, and leave on Gong calls. Zentrik imports the calls you choose, finds the needs that repeat across accounts, and keeps every insight linked to the quote and the call behind it.
Read-only. A Gong Tech Admin approves the connection with OAuth. Access keys keep working.

From the call to the work your team commits
Gong stays where sales has the conversation. Zentrik is where product sees what those conversations add up to.
- 01
Choose the calls
Connect with OAuth, then import the calls you pick or save an import that runs on a schedule. Narrow it with Gong trackers, title rules, and an external-participant boundary.
- 02
See what repeats
Zentrik analyzes each transcript into insights, links them to the accounts on the call, and shows how often the same need comes up across calls, support tickets, and other sources.
- 03
Decide and carry the reason
Your team weighs the evidence and commits the work. The customer quote and its source trail travel with it into Jira and your AI builders.
Questions your team can answer
Explore the calls in Discovery, or ask in workspace chat. Each answer links back to the quotes and calls behind it.
Which requests come up on calls with our largest accounts?
What did customers say about onboarding this quarter?
Which calls support this opportunity?
What changed in how customers talk about pricing since the last release?
Your calls, your rules, your decision
- gong accessRead-only
- Zentrik reads calls, transcripts, call details, and tracker settings. It never writes to Gong.
- import rulesYou set the boundary
- Only calls your import rules allow come in. A read-only test draft previews the first run before anything is imported.
- source trailTraceable evidence
- Every insight links back to the call and the speaker. Account matching links a call only when a participant’s domain or a title rule points to one account; ambiguous matches stay unlinked.
- human decisionPeople decide
- AI structures the evidence and prepares the work. Your team decides what to build.
Questions teams ask before connecting Gong
What does Zentrik import from Gong?
Calls you select or your saved imports allow: transcripts with speaker attribution, call details, participants, and, when you turn it on, the Gong trackers found on each call.
Does Zentrik change anything in Gong?
No. The connection is read-only. Disconnecting in Zentrik stops future imports and keeps what was already imported.
Who needs to approve the connection?
A Zentrik workspace owner or admin starts it, and a Gong Tech Admin approves the requested read permissions. Existing access-key connections keep working.
Can we limit which calls come in?
Yes. Saved imports can filter by Gong tracker, title phrases, exclusions, and an external-participant requirement, with an optional transcript relevance check.
How do calls connect to accounts?
When account matching is on, Zentrik matches external participants’ company domains, or a title pattern, to existing accounts. Ambiguous matches stay unlinked.
Start with the calls you already have.
Connect Gong, import a week of calls, and see which customer needs repeat.
