Zentrik turns customer signal into shipped product, carrying the evidence and decisions that product teams, engineers, and AI builders need to build the right thing.
Code now moves faster than the decision behind it. Zentrik turns calls, tickets, research, and product data into reviewed product decisions. The evidence, constraints, and human judgment travel into Jira and AI builders, and every release comes back as learning for the next bet.
Zentrik turns customer calls, support tickets, research, and product data into reviewed product decisions. It keeps the source evidence, decision owner, and constraints attached as work moves into requirements, Jira, and AI builders. What ships and how customers respond return as evidence for the next decision. AI structures the evidence and prepares the work; people still decide what deserves to be built.

Jorge Alcantara has spent more than a decade putting language technology into real products. At Inbenta, he worked on systems that answered more than a billion questions, years before terms such as RAG became common. At Directly, he led AI work that combined automation with human expertise. Today, he is a professor of generative AI and co-founder and CEO of Zentrik. His teaching and company work focus on one practical question: when AI can produce a brief, prototype, or code change in minutes, how do people make sure they solve the right problem?
A coding agent can produce clean code that passes every test and still violate the customer requirement behind the work. The talk walks through the decision record that keeps that requirement attached: the source evidence, the named owner, and the constraints the agent has to respect.
Conference talk · keynote · technical session
Coding agents improve quickly. The expensive mistake is letting one agent become the only place that knows how the company works. This talk shows how to keep product intent, permissions, evaluations, and review history outside the model.
Keynote · conference talk · architecture session
Most AI programs promise to save time. Time savings stop at 100%; a company’s capacity to create value has no equivalent ceiling. This session separates cheaper old workflows from product systems that learn, decide, and deliver better with every cycle.
Keynote · executive session · workshop
A neutral origin note for interviews, speaker bios, and company background.
Zentrik was founded in 2024 after its founders saw the same failure pattern across product and AI systems: teams could automate more work, but the customer evidence and product intent behind that work kept getting lost between calls, documents, roadmaps, Jira, and delivery tools. Zentrik keeps that reason attached from customer signal to shipped product, then brings the result back as learning.
