How do I add Zentrik to Claude?
Open the Zentrik listing in the Claude Connectors Directory, choose Connect, sign in to Zentrik, and approve the workspace Claude should use. The setup guide covers organization settings and custom connectors.
Does Zentrik work in Claude Code?
Yes. A Zentrik connection on your Claude account can appear in Claude Code under /mcp, and the Zentrik plugin adds four named workflows: brief product work, set up a product workspace, import product evidence, and manage a product Study.
What can Claude read and change in Zentrik?
Claude can search and open signals, insights, opportunities, ideas, initiatives, Studies, accounts, OKRs, and product context in the connected workspace. With a write-capable role it can also create and update records, and those actions go through the tool permissions you set in Claude.
Do I need an API key?
No. Claude connects through Zentrik sign-in, so nobody pastes a key into a conversation.
What if our workspace is still empty?
Ask Claude to set up a product workspace. The workflow looks at what exists, asks for the smallest set of sources to start with, and applies only the changes you approve.
