We are an enterprise-only software provider. We do not sell consumer subscriptions, mobile apps, or bill credit cards.
Since at least 29 June 2025, a third party has been processing unauthorized card transactions ($49, $99, €87.65, etc.) using the statement descriptor "ZENTRIKAI". This is a form of merchant-descriptor spoofing. We are working with the FTC, FBI IC3, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express to shut the fraudulent merchant account(s).

Any screenshots or e-mails you send will be stored securely and used only to assist law-enforcement or card networks. They will be deleted no later than 12 months after the case is closed.
Because Zentrik Company did not initiate these charges and has no access to the payment instrument, we cannot help with refunds. Contact your card issuer to reverse the transaction.
