Notice of Fraudulent Charges Labeled "Zentrik AI"

on your card statement, it did not originate from Zentrik Company.

We are an enterprise-only software provider. We do not sell consumer subscriptions, mobile apps, or bill credit cards.

1. What's Happening

Since at least 29 June 2025, a third party has been processing unauthorized card transactions ($49, $99, €87.65, etc.) using the statement descriptor "ZENTRIKAI". This is a form of merchant-descriptor spoofing. We are working with the FTC, FBI IC3, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express to shut the fraudulent merchant account(s).

2. What You Should Do

Contact your card issuer immediately
Use the number on the back of your card. Ask to file a fraud dispute / chargeback for the transaction.

Safeguard your account
Request a new card number if recommended by your bank.

Optional: send us a redacted screenshot
If you wish to help the investigation, you may e-mail a screenshot that shows the date, amount, and full descriptor (please block all but the last 4 digits of the card). Send to fraud@zentrik.ai. Do not send full card numbers or sensitive personal data.

3. What We Are Doing

  • Filed complaints with the FTC.
  • Submitted evidence to Visa, Mastercard, and AmEx requesting termination of the fraudulent merchant IDs.
  • Monitoring for new reports and forwarding evidence to law-enforcement.

4. Data-Use & Privacy

Any screenshots or e-mails you send will be stored securely and used only to assist law-enforcement or card networks. They will be deleted no later than 12 months after the case is closed.

5. No Refund Authority

Because Zentrik Company did not initiate these charges and has no access to the payment instrument, we cannot help with refunds. Contact your card issuer to reverse the transaction.
