Portal 1.9.0Ideas Portal
Studies now carry the participant journey from welcome to learning.
The participant portal now supports authored welcome and thank-you pages, follow-up questions, initiative-only studies, accessible video steps, optional voice answers, and secure playback for videos uploaded from Zentrik.
What changed
- Participants see the study journey the author intended, from welcome through review and completion
- Follow-up questions and confirmed ranking capture clearer answers without changing older studies
- Participants can answer open-text questions by voice, review the transcript, and edit it before submitting
- Uploaded study videos are available only to participants who can access the study
A clearer path from study to learning
Study authors can frame the participant journey with an introduction, targeted follow-ups, accessible video, and a deliberate ending. Responses from initiative studies remain connected to the decision they are meant to inform.
- Ask the next useful question only when an answer calls for it
- Keep participant experience feedback separate from product answers
- Carry study learning back into the initiative that owns the decision
Voice is optional and reviewable
Participants can dictate open-text answers when speaking is easier than typing. The transcript can be reviewed and edited before submission, and typed answers remain available when microphone access or transcription is unavailable.
