When the same account appears across connected sources, Zentrik can keep its evidence together as imports continue. Ambiguous matches remain available for review instead of being silently merged.
Know what every import produced
Import History brings inbound runs into one place. Each run shows its destination and links to the resulting Discovery records, while Retry appears only when the saved scope can be replayed safely.
Finish a Live Interview draft with an existing conversation
Long discussion guides stay readable, and a draft study can attach a completed transcript Signal before the guide is fully started. Teams can bring an existing conversation into the study while keeping its participant and Account context visible.
Make the next conversation easy to start
Suggested Accounts bring relevant context forward, while participant details remain optional until the team knows who will join. The Study holds the conversation in place before the transcript exists.
Keep completed interviews grounded in their source
Completed conversations enter the Study as canonical transcript Signals, whether they came from Fireflies, Granola, another supported importer, or a manual transcript. Source labels stay visible, selections can span providers, and participant or Account attribution can be corrected before attachment.
Follow the Linear path from the guide
The Linear guide makes the connected path explicit: start a Zentrik initiative from an existing Linear initiative, keep the delivery link, or bring selected issues into Discovery.
