Keep customer evidence with the right account

New customer domains can now match an existing account without creating a duplicate. Review more possible duplicates, correct attribution on previously imported conversations, and filter initiatives by the teams responsible for them.

What changed

  • Match a new customer domain to an unambiguous existing account that has no domain
  • Review more possible account duplicates before deciding what to combine
  • Reassess existing conversation attribution after changing your company email domains
  • Filter initiatives by team and keep that choice in saved filters

Recognize an account before creating another

When a customer first appears with a company email domain, Zentrik can match it to an existing account with the same company name and no domain. A clear match adds the domain to that account, so later evidence can find it again. Ambiguous matches stay separate for review. Duplicate review also finds more name-based matches; combining existing accounts remains a reviewed action.

Correct attribution on conversations already imported

Changing your company email domains now starts a review of speaker attribution in existing imported conversations. This helps distinguish your team from customers in the evidence already collected. The repair preserves existing Insights and human annotations.

Filter initiatives by the team doing the work

Choose Teams in the initiative filter menu to find work associated with one or more teams. Team and individual team-member filters remain separate, and saved filters retain your choices. Active filter chips make the current selection easier to inspect and change.
