Support requests and clearer Evidence review
Follow support requests through resolution, browse and manage Evidence in Discovery, and review study coverage with the context needed for the next decision.

Follow support requests to resolution
Help → My requests keeps numbered requests, replies, unread notifications, status changes, and email links together. The support inbox also includes assignment and private notes, so teams can keep the handoff visible as a request moves forward.
Browse and manage Evidence
Open Evidence from Discovery's List tab or from Signal categories, then filter the view by account. Snooze an item when it needs to wait or dismiss it when it is not useful, with an optional rule for future captures.
Review study coverage with its criteria
Study coverage review sits beside the authored criteria for enough evidence. Acknowledge a gap or confirm coverage with an attributed note, and revisit the review when the supporting evidence changes.
Keep study and collaboration work moving
Multi-select questions retain their choices, card sorting exposes its option to leave cards out, and visibly unfinished Findings are rejected. Account-page sidebars stay on the saved record after edits, invitations keep their actions reachable, and assistant reading, reset, and retry flows are easier to use.
