Evidence review, meeting context, and connected imports

Review Insights with their supporting evidence, keep Zendesk work current, and turn accepted onboarding findings into editable Discovery records.

What changed

  • Review Insights alongside standalone evidence and use short evidence IDs when sharing context
  • Keep Zendesk tickets current as their status or content changes
  • Save accepted onboarding findings as editable Insights without creating duplicates
  • Enable meeting participant rosters when your workspace needs that context

Review evidence with the right context

Learn → Evidence can include Insights alongside standalone evidence, with aligned counts, filters, and pagination. Stable short evidence IDs make it easier to refer to a finding across the API, MCP, and the Evidence sidebar.

Keep connected work current

Zendesk tickets stay aligned when their status changes, while changes to content or routing can refresh their analysis. Links added by people remain in place.

Turn onboarding findings into Discovery work

Accepted onboarding findings now become ordinary, editable Insights. Edits and skipped findings are preserved, and retrying the same review does not create duplicates.
