Connect customer feedback sources during onboarding
Onboarding explains what each source shares and lets the team choose what to bring into Discovery. A source that needs one credential can be connected in the flow; sources that use OAuth return to onboarding after setup, and connecting a source requires settings-admin access.
Find the right input for an empty Brief
Get a useful next step from an empty Discovery Brief, based on whether feedback is new, quiet, pending, or failed. Saved editions and populated reports keep their current design. Viewers do not receive writer controls, and failed checks offer retry.
Keep prototype study evidence grounded
Use more neutral prototype study prompts that separate what participants report from signals the product records and outcomes verified independently. Model output remains probabilistic and human-reviewed; the release's synthetic evaluation does not establish a population result or a customer-study outcome.
