Review evidence before you act
Discovery uses labels that name the source type. In Initiative Evidence Findings, you can open the source and preview a suggested document or user-story edit before you apply it. Older reports need a refresh before quick actions are available. Relevance decisions ask for confirmation; optional relevance memory only affects evidence for the same product and category.
Ask questions that support a decision
When Zentrik generates Initiative or Idea questions, each question explains the decision it supports. Open What Zentrik knows to review linked facts and sources, then use an answer option or edit a sourced draft. Sparse records can leave open decisions unanswered, so review each question and its sources before acting.

- For some long transcripts, extraction can retry in smaller sections after the first response is too long. Very large or canceled requests can still fail.
