Clearer discovery and safer planning

Carry record context into discovery chat, review bounded import progress, and approve objective measures only after you review them.

What changed

  • Open discovery chat with the current record in context and follow customer signals toward ideas.
  • See Jira scope and progress, and run bounded Pendo history imports with recovery controls.
  • Review objective and measure drafts before a permission-checked acceptance saves them.

Keep discovery work in context

Open chat from a discovery record with that record in context, then follow Signal learnings toward related ideas. Study authors can set interview length and organize scripts around what participants say. The chat view does not judge answer quality for you.

Review connected import progress

After you choose Jira scope, the import view shows progress and the number of records in that scope; selecting scope does not start the import. Pendo history runs use three-day windows and a shared limit of 25 new, retried, or processing Signals. Gong retries use a 24-hour overlap for late transcripts; an older failed call needs an explicit retry.

Review objective measures before saving

Draft objectives and suggested measures stay separate from saved goals. A workspace editor reviews and confirms a proposal before Zentrik accepts it; the permission check and retry guard protect the save. This synthetic example shows a proposal waiting for review, not a live model call or a saved measure.

Synthetic proposal awaiting an editor; no measure is saved.

More in this release

Ideas and collaboration

  • Shared Slack and record links open in their named workspace with an unavailable-record explanation.
  • Help separates AI support conversations from explicit requests to the team.

Planning and workspace

  • Human edits and linked work stay in place through story generation and retries.
  • Undo appears only when the workspace can restore the removed Initiative.
  • The ChatGPT catalog asks for explicit scope consent; publication and installed-client checks remain separate.
