Review Accounts and competitor markets
Compare possible Account pairs before deciding which records are copies. Set a competitor market, review pasted names and keep gaps in public research visible.
What changed
- Compare possible Account matches and linked records before choosing which record to keep.
- Save a reversible Keep separate decision when distinct practices or subsidiaries share a name or domain.
- Set the market for a competitor comparison and review proposed names from a pasted list before saving them.
Review possible duplicate Accounts
Accounts can appear as possible matches when their names, domains, or source identities agree. Compare the evidence and linked records before choosing which record to keep. For distinct practices or subsidiaries, save a reversible Keep separate decision; a similar name or shared domain alone does not prove two records are copies. Merges require choosing a surviving Account and confirming affected records.
Compare a competitor market with its sources
Set the market for a competitor comparison and paste a competitor list to review the proposed names before saving them. Answers focus on that market, open to their supporting evidence, and leave gaps visible when sources do not support an answer. Market names are free text, and public research can be incomplete.

Readiness items can start with an answer grounded in the Idea’s cited evidence. Unsupported items remain open for the team to answer; a suggested answer does not change the readiness score. Workspace owners and admins can set Brief defaults and inspect recipient delivery. Home shows one next step at a time.
