Read and connect records wherever you work
Link and preview people and records in place, review competitor findings on the Ideas they affect, and bring customer answers into an initiative’s open questions.
What changed
- Use `@` for people and records, and `#` for records. In descriptions and documents, start a word with either marker to search. Open matching records in a shared preview.
- Review competitor findings on the Ideas they relate to, then keep or dismiss a suggestion. From an Idea, ask competitors its own question and follow the answers on that Idea.
- Collect linked Study and customer-conversation answers under initiative Questions. Review the source and date, then start a draft answer for a person to edit and save.
- See usage meters for every plan and monthly signal history on Billing.
Link records while you write
In comments, `@` lists people first and then records, while `#` lists records. At the start of a word or line in a record description or document, `@` or `#` opens record search. A record reference saves as an ordinary link. The shared preview opens the same card from popovers and short lists; the card still follows the nearest preview host.
Review competitor findings and ask from an Idea
After a competitor map, Zentrik suggests findings for the Ideas they relate to. Open a finding to read its source, then choose Keep or Not relevant. These links add context only: they do not join an Insight or change Value. Asking competitors from an Idea uses one of the landscape’s five question slots.
Bring customer answers to initiative Questions
Link a Study question to the initiative question it answers, or add an already imported conversation. Review dated findings and verbatim customer words with their source. You can start an answer draft from them, then edit and save it. Surveys and AI interviews are prepared for a person to share; this does not send a message automatically.
