Add scoped Snowflake imports and clearer Initiative workflows
Prepare a scoped Snowflake import with saved mappings and receipts, set workspace Initiative statuses, and keep citations attached to their exact Evidence.
What changed
- Set up a scoped Snowflake connection, map fields, preview records, and review import receipts. Customer enablement stays off while hosted correction and recovery checks continue.
- Owners and admins can configure Initiative statuses for a workspace while existing lifecycle rules remain in place.
- Keep authored citations in an Idea brief after saving and open the exact linked Evidence.
Prepare a scoped Snowflake import
Set up a scoped Snowflake connection, map selected fields, preview records and review import receipts. Customer enablement remains off while hosted correction and recovery checks continue. Supported imports can correct a source record or withdraw it with replay safeguards. This is not arbitrary warehouse ingestion, scheduled importing or private-network access.
Configure Initiative statuses
Owners and admins can add, rename, color, reorder, replace and reset workspace Initiative statuses in Settings → Initiatives → Workflow. Custom status labels retain the canonical lifecycle behavior for capacity, completion, reactivation, planning and integrations. Resetting the workflow removes custom distinctions; update filters that use removed labels.
Keep citations attached to an Idea brief
Saving an Idea brief preserves authored citations, and a citation opens the exact linked Evidence. Existing corrupted stored content is not rewritten in bulk.
Use managed Evidence with review controls
Managed agents can link reviewed community Evidence and verify exact source and claim matches. These scoped API operations return metadata-only receipts and do not start automatic processing. Verification confirms an exact match, not semantic support or complete source coverage.

Import reliability
- When a receipt session times out, discard its uncertain state before retrying. A retry for one failed Account read does not replay prior writes or provider pages.
