One-minute tour
What competitors do, on the Idea you’re deciding
Zentrik maps your competitors from their public pages. Each finding that bears on one of your Ideas shows up on that Idea, in a few words with its source. You keep it or mark it not relevant.
Transcript
With sound and captions. The product and competitors in it are made up.
On its own
Findings come to the Idea
A map reads each competitor’s public pages, such as pricing, docs and reviews. After every map, or once a week if you track them, Zentrik reads each answer against your open Ideas. What bears on an Idea waits there as a suggestion. Nothing is sent to anyone.

You decide
Read the source, then keep it or not
Open a finding to read the full line and see which site it came from. Keep it on the Idea, or mark it not relevant. A hidden finding comes back only if a later map finds new sources for it.

Your question
Ask your own question
When the map doesn’t answer what this Idea needs, ask from the Idea. Zentrik looks for the answer in each tracked competitor’s public pages and brings it back to the Idea. Nobody is contacted.

What it won’t do
- Count a competitor’s feature as customer demand. Findings never change an Idea’s value or priority.
- Replace reading the source. Every line links to the page it came from.
- Show up where nobody mapped competitors. Without a map, your Ideas look exactly as before.
Try it on your Ideas
Name up to four competitors in Research, then Competitors. The first map reads only their public pages; open any Idea when it finishes.
