Choose a widget for the question you need to answer, then configure its accounts, cadence, or delivery source.
A widget is one section of the Huddle, such as Goals or Delivery. Add widgets and change their settings through Customize.
Choose the right widgets
Choose widgets around the decisions you need to make. An empty widget can mean there is no relevant activity or configuration yet; it is not a positive or negative assessment.
| Widget | Use it to |
|---|---|
| Goals | Review active, dated team goals and progress. Open a goal to inspect or update it with edit access. Goals tied to the current cycle and active goals without a cycle can appear. |
| Focus | Keep a checklist for the current day or week. Team admins write, reorder, complete, and reopen items; editors and viewers can read them. Focus does not create delivery tasks. |
| Customer evidence | Review recent evidence and Study changes connected to the team’s Definition and In Progress initiatives. Open the accounts, evidence, or Study details behind a summary. |
| Sentiment | Inspect how external evidence and Study Pulse relate to initiative direction over the last seven days. Open Details for the sources. Unrated responses remain distinct from directional ratings. |
| Direction | Review AI interpretations of cumulative customer learnings, with reasoning and citations. Learnings may suggest Keep going, Adjust approach, Reconsider approach, or Answer still open. The team reviews any proposed action. |
| Accounts Evidence | Follow evidence from accounts you select, independently of the initiative-linked Customer evidence widget. Choose a time period, then open an account for its evidence. |
| Delivery | Review the team’s cycle completion, blockers, delivery risk, and assigned workload. Open tasks at risk to investigate. Missing effort remains unknown. |
| Pending actions | Track blockers, decisions, and follow-ups across Huddles. Editors can update items, owners, expected resolution dates, and resolution state. Configure optional columns, list or table display, and grouping by action type. |
| Linear current cycle | Read live Linear cycle progress and issues grouped by assignee. Select a Linear team; cycle and issue links open the provider. |
| Jira current sprint | Read live Jira sprint progress and issues grouped by assignee. Select a Scrum board and, when several sprints are active, the sprint to review. |
| Milestones | Review active Linear project milestones with unfinished work in the selected team’s current cycle. Choose Roadmap, Focus, or Workboard presentation. |
Configure your widgets
Follow selected accounts
- Add Accounts Evidence, select Customize, then select the widget and its settings control.
- Search workspace accounts and choose up to 50 to follow. Select Save settings; Cancel leaves the saved selection unchanged. Save the layout to leave Customize.
- Use the period selector in the widget: Last day covers a rolling 24 hours, Last week covers seven days, and Ever includes all available history. Your choice is remembered.
- Open an account row. Use the type selector, search, and Show all to explore its evidence; open an evidence item to inspect the source.
Rows show evidence counts and the last captured signal time, with the latest signals first. An account with no evidence in the chosen period can still appear. Accounts Evidence reads live data, including when you open an older Huddle.
Review a learning in Direction
In Customize, open Direction’s Configure control. Choose linked evidence, Studies, or both, then select Save settings. Direction uses reviewed Study findings; new unreviewed responses can appear as awaiting findings review.
Open a learning to read its reasoning and Sources. Use Insights & ideas for related product context. Review and edit a proposed decision or follow-up before explicitly adding it to Huddle’s pending actions. Reading a recommendation does not change initiative scope or status.
Acknowledge hides a current learning from your personal main list. View all brings acknowledged learnings back into view. Acknowledgment does not approve a recommendation or create an action. A learning can return when new or changed source evidence warrants review.
Refresh Huddle also checks Direction. Unchanged inputs reuse the saved assessment; changed evidence or reviewed findings may require AI work and credits.
Set the day or week in Focus
A team admin manages the checklist and uses Configure Focus to choose daily or weekly cadence. This cadence is shared by the team. The first saved edit establishes the team’s Focus timezone; check it in settings before planning a new period.
At the next period, unfinished items appear under Expired focus items. Bring selected items forward if they still matter, or choose Start fresh. When active items already exist, the option is Leave remaining in history. Completed items remain in history.
Select a delivery source
For Linear current cycle and Milestones, configure the Linear team. For Jira current sprint, configure the Scrum board and select a sprint when needed. If sprint access is missing, enable it in the Jira integration settings and reconnect when prompted.
These widgets read provider data live. They do not replace the Zentrik cycle shown in Delivery. See the Linear guide or Jira guide for connection setup.
Troubleshooting
Customer evidence is empty or Direction is awaiting review
Check that the team owns relevant Definition or In Progress initiatives and that evidence or Studies are linked. Direction needs reviewed Study findings for its Study assessment. For Accounts Evidence, check the saved accounts and time period separately.
