ChatGPT plugin 1.0.0ChatGPT

Zentrik is now available in ChatGPT.

The published Zentrik plugin brings customer evidence into ChatGPT without leaving the source trail behind. Teams can search one authorized workspace, inspect the evidence behind an opportunity, and capture the next customer note.

What changed

  • Install Zentrik directly from the ChatGPT Plugins Directory
  • Search and fetch customer evidence from one authorized Zentrik workspace
  • Review repeated problems and the source records behind an opportunity
  • Capture a new customer note and check when its processing is complete

Start from the Plugins Directory

Install Zentrik in a supported ChatGPT or Codex surface, then connect the workspace that holds the evidence for the conversation. The setup guide covers supported surfaces, authorization, starter prompts, and recovery steps.

Keep the source close to the decision

A product question can now lead to the relevant opportunity, linked findings, and source records inside ChatGPT. The team can inspect that trail before deciding what to build, while the durable records remain in Zentrik.

Use a deliberate access boundary

Each connection uses one workspace selected through OAuth and follows the connected user's access. The plugin supports focused evidence workflows without exposing broad graph editing or destructive actions.
