Studies close the learning loop, and Active work carries decisions forward.

Teams can now turn richer Study responses into evidence-linked learning and a focused follow-up. Direction then keeps ideas, opportunities, and initiatives together with readiness, lifecycle progress, and the next useful action.

Move from responses to the next learning decision

Completed Studies can now roll up into a source-linked learning summary that separates established findings from open questions. When another Study would help, Zentrik proposes a reviewable draft rather than publishing or inviting participants automatically.
