Review Idea value and answer questions in place
Review an Idea’s value over a consistent time horizon and answer open questions beside the Definition queue. Six new comparison pages help teams assess product tools with sourced claims.
What changed
- Switch an Idea estimate between 12 months and five years. See its ship-date assumption and contributing Accounts and deals. Most production estimates remain mostly assumed.
- Answer or assign questions in Definition → Questions. Unsaved drafts stay during the current Questions session, including after a failed save.
- Six public pages compare Zentrik with Bagel, Aha!, Jira Product Discovery, Productboard, Dovetail, and Enterpret, with sourced trade-offs and checks before switching.
Answer questions in Definition
Open Definition → Questions to review a question's reason and suggested answers beside the queue. Answer, assign, set aside, or mark it not relevant without leaving Definition. Draft answers stay while you move between questions and after a failed save in the current Questions session; leaving or reloading clears them. Workspace and Initiative access rules control which actions you can use.
Review an Idea estimate across two horizons
Open an Idea → Value and switch the 12-month or five-year horizon. Review the ship-date assumption, cost of delay, and contributing Accounts and deals together. Most production estimates remain mostly assumed until account data and decisive evidence are available. Forecasts are uncertain and do not guarantee revenue.
Compare product tools before switching
Six public comparison pages compare Zentrik with Bagel, Aha!, Jira Product Discovery, Productboard, Dovetail, and Enterpret. The pages link claims to sources, show where either product leads, and list what a team should check before switching. The assessment is Zentrik's sourced comparison, not an independent rating.
Keep assistant context and citations usable
Workspace Assistant can recover the exact text of saved conversations and open Evidence citations at their source records. Broad Evidence analysis uses bounded reads from up to the newest 1,000 records; saved findings last 24 hours. Answers depend on current access and the records available to your workspace.

Research and team work
- Huddle Today uses a shorter header and sizes widget rows to their contents. Research Brief emails lead with the saved finding, what changed, its limits, and distinct source links.
- Study Audience can add participants directly from People. Search across pages, review the selected count, and avoid selecting existing participants again.
- The navigation rail teaches search and page-assistant shortcuts one visit at a time. Move Help by dragging its title or using arrow keys on its focused header.
- A team with no Initiatives now gets first-run guidance from New initiative actions across Home, the team map, Roadmap, and Welcome.
Connected sources and builders
- HubSpot company-import receipts show source-specific warnings, including missing line-item access and mixed-currency revenue exclusions.
- Authorized REST and MCP clients can create retryable Initiative drafts and use delivery-task operations. Drafts stay pending and do not start AI jobs; access remains scoped.
- The public security page shows the SOC 2 examination period once and keeps the criteria, opinion, auditor, and report request link together.
