Keep Ideas moving through one review queue
Definition brings Idea stages, ownership, readiness, and questions together. Teams can work through active Ideas, answer questions from Home or records, and review value with clearer evidence and uncertainty.
What changed
- Work Ideas through Triage, Define, Decide, and recent Committed stages in one queue. Filter by product, owner, and stage; see readiness, questions, and evidence beside each Idea.
- Answer questions from Home, Readiness, or Idea pages. Drafts persist when you switch or set a question aside, but clear if you leave or reload. Permissions still apply.
- Import Jira or Linear initiatives in batches. Review suggested customer evidence when available. Bulk imports leave Product and Feature unassigned; status and dates stay in Jira.
Keep Ideas in a shared work queue
Open Definition → Ideas and choose Work queue. Use the stage, product, ownership, and search controls to find active work. Each selected Idea keeps its readiness, open questions, evidence, and next step beside the queue. Workspace permissions still control which actions are available.
Manage questions where work happens
Open a question from Home, Readiness, or an Idea record to answer it, assign it, set it aside, or mark it not relevant. Draft text stays while you move between questions and after set aside during the current Questions session. Leaving the session or reloading clears the draft. Workspace and Initiative permissions control available actions.
Bring in initiatives and review their evidence
Choose several Jira epics or Linear initiatives and import them through the existing review-safe flow. New initiatives can receive suggested customer evidence for review when matching work is available. Bulk imports leave Product and Feature unassigned; Jira status and dates remain in Jira.

Connected work and reliability
- Salesforce imports handle single-currency connections and partial outcomes with clearer counts. Notices distinguish submission from delivery; permissions and consent still apply.
- Slack answers identify the connected workspace and keep record links usable. API and MCP reads preserve public Idea references and bound older assistant summaries.
- Idea Value marks unanswered levels as 'leans' and shows Updated only when an account's own amount changes. Forecasts remain uncertain.
- Discovery activity reads, startup asset recovery, and transient Redis progress handling received reliability updates.
