Start with a prepared idea
A prepared workspace opens on the product’s customer needs and evidence. Teams get clearer controls for drafting, reading and saving work.
What changed
- Explore product needs and evidence before choosing a useful next move.
- Choose a Study format before saving it, then invite a colleague to continue the work.
- Keep PRDs, tailored documents and reviewed Insights clear, with explicit reading, editing and draft actions.
Start with one prepared idea
Open a prepared workspace on its product’s customer needs, evidence, and the next useful move. A teammate with edit access can shape an Idea, choose a Study format before saving it, and invite a colleague to continue the work. Creating an Idea, Study, or invitation requires edit access.
Keep documents and Insights clear
PRDs and tailored documents share a readable Contents view and explicit reading and editing controls. If a save fails, the draft stays in the current browser tab until Zentrik confirms a fresh save. Reviewed Insights keep their saved description in view, with direct actions to draft an Idea or Opportunity.
More in this release
Initiative summaries separate completed delivery from proposed work and count demand from linked active customer needs. Research brief emails lead with a supported finding and next step; their saved details and source links remain in Zentrik. Only workspace owners and admins can issue API keys; permission inspection does not expose the secret.
