Evidence review now opens the linked record instead of stopping at a summary. Teams can inspect the source before they accept a finding, attach it, or use it in the next decision.
Ask the next question after the click
A click test can keep a follow-up hidden until the participant clicks the image. The question arrives after the action it is meant to explain.
