Review Knowledge, Idea changes, and external updates
Answer missing product facts, review the changes your teammates saved, and decide how external changes affect each product. Shared Huddle drafts, explicit access grants and clearer Value assumptions keep the next action under your control.
What changed
- Resolve Product Knowledge questions from one workbench, with a separate review before saved guidance changes.
- See the meaningful Idea edits you have not reviewed, including saved before and after values.
- Keep a product response beside each tracked external change and review amendments before replacing an accepted decision.
- Save Huddle layout and widget choices together, or discard the shared draft.
Answer a question before changing Knowledge
Open Product → Knowledge → Gaps to ask a question, assign a person and due date, or answer assigned work from Home. Review answer shows the proposed destination and exact update before Apply & close changes saved Knowledge. Workspace writers can contribute; Viewers can inspect. Assignment sends no email, and gaps are captured explicitly rather than found automatically.
Catch up on the Ideas that changed
In Definition → Ideas, choose Updated since your review to compare saved title, priority and description changes. Mark displayed updates reviewed acknowledges only that version for you; newer edits stay pending. Your own manual edits and technical updates remain in Recent history. Older events may lack saved values, long previews are labelled, and relationship-only edits are outside this view.
Decide how an external change affects each product
Use Track changes in Research, add reviewed findings to Discovery, then open Responses to assess each affected product. Keep an owner, next action and accepted dates beside the source. Amendments or withdrawals ask for another review while the accepted decision stays in effect. Public research can miss changes and sends no deadline reminders; applicability, deadlines and Jira updates remain human decisions.
Save one shared Huddle draft
In Huddle Customize, Apply settings previews widget choices and Save layout saves the full shared tab for the named team. Cancel discards layout and widget edits together; a failed save preserves the draft. Readers retain saved decisions and context, while routing and Send remain editor actions.

- Aha! organization matches need confirmed identity; weak or conflicting matches wait in Unlinked sources.
- Aha! field suggestions prefill the proposed mapping; weak matches wait for a person, and source names stay attached to Accounts.
- Zendesk overlaps recent import windows and respects shared rate-limit holds. Gong keeps product scope and recognizable call titles.
- Imported Gong calls can be added directly to Studies. People-directory audience sources now save correctly.
- Draft AI-guided Studies expose Fixed questions and Adaptive conversation beside Interview plan; Discuss this concept needs an explanation before launch.
- Workspace admins can grant Manage studies and panels or Read every team explicitly. Existing teams remain members-only until visibility changes.
- Team Admins manage their team’s people; workspace role changes and Viewer promotion remain with workspace admins.
- Saved People support in-place inspection. Unresolved participants stay plain text.
Review, Value and reliability
- Value can assume missing ARR from a team figure or the median of at least three active customers with ARR. Assumed rows are labelled; explicit zero stays zero.
- Value totals include unlisted accounts. Unanswered levels disclose their mix, and payback waits for a build cost.
- Research Answers sit beside the question list; Plan has its own view. View evidence returns to the reviewed run’s current Evidence, not a frozen snapshot.
- Insights stay primary in the feed; loose Evidence has its own lane, and Evidence role edits preserve source and downstream links.
- Idea Comments sit under Definition. Evaluations ask for another reviewer once work exists.
- API and MCP reads expose recoverable definition slices, evidence origins and semantic-search coverage. Continuation rejects a changed Idea.
- Account review decisions remain durable and available through the API. The switcher searches teams and workspaces together.
- Scheduled research retries, document writing, Brief settings and connected work recover more clearly from service interruptions.
