The Receipt Behind Zentrik Loops
We launched a system built on the idea that product decisions should carry receipts. Here is the receipt behind the launch itself.

Yesterday we launched Zentrik Loops: a product system built on the idea that a decision should carry its evidence, its owner, its constraints, and its review gate wherever the work goes.
A launch that makes that claim should be able to show its own receipt. Here it is, in the same ten fields we ask any product decision to carry.
The receipt
Objective. Make the product intent loop the recognizable frame for how AI-era product teams keep decisions defensible, and make Zentrik the system that runs it.
Source evidence. Repeated buyer conversations where a roadmap bet could not be traced back to its sources without a PM rebuilding the story from memory. PM workshop sessions where AI-generated prototypes outran the brief that was supposed to govern them. And a market signal anyone can check: over the past year, nearly every product platform shipped an AI agent, while the question of where the agent's work lands stayed unanswered.
Affected customers. B2B product teams that already move faster with AI but still make roadmap and delivery decisions from scattered calls, tickets, docs, and one PM's memory.
Business context. This is not a feature launch. It is the company's core bet, and we are saying so.
Constraints. Customer proof stays private unless a customer explicitly approves it. No competitor is named in any public asset. Every launch visual shows real product behavior, not mockups.
Alternatives rejected. Launching as another AI PM assistant: crowded claim, wrong altitude, and the incumbents own the word now. Waiting until we had named public customer proof: slower, and the argument matters most exactly now, while teams are forming their agent habits.
Decision owner. Me.
Review gate. The first version of this campaign was a calendar of parallel actions. It was rejected internally and rebuilt as a single flywheel where each step has to earn the next. The version you saw yesterday is the second draft.
Success criteria. Not impressions. Qualified review-room conversations where a leader brings one real roadmap bet or agent handoff and we inspect it together.
Learning trigger. The launch-day objection log, which closes today, and a July 31 retrospective that decides the August plan. If the objections cluster somewhere we did not expect, the loop gets revised, and we will say what changed.
Why publish this
Because the test we are asking you to run on your roadmap is one we should pass in public. If a field above looks thin to you, that is exactly the kind of finding the receipt exists to surface. Tell us.
And if you want to run the same ten fields against one of your own bets, that is the whole product, in miniature: /blog/zentrik-loops
