Know who was actually in the room.
Declare the email domains your organisation uses, and every conversation Zentrik reads is measured against them — so customer evidence counts customers and not your own team.
What changed
- Declare your organisation's email domains in workspace settings
- Read every conversation against that declaration, including the ones already stored
- Import Fireflies meetings as each one finishes, not on the next scheduled run
- Read Huddle sentiment separately from customer evidence, with its source
- Ask a question about a multi-step process and have it recognised as a funnel
Say which domains are yours
A workspace declares the email domains its own organisation uses, from the workspace edit dialog. Every path that decides whether a speaker is your team or the customer now reads that declaration: attendee hints, meeting-note import, contact resolution, and the backfill that re-reads conversations you already have. A note's headings are no longer mistaken for speakers.
- Customer evidence counts the customers and no one else
- A contact you already know gets the company you would give a stranger
Meetings arrive when they are ready
Fireflies meetings import as each one finishes rather than waiting for the next scheduled run, so a call you just left is available while the conversation is still worth acting on.
Sentiment you can trace
Huddle sentiment is now separate from customer evidence and carries the source behind it, so a mood reading never gets mistaken for something a customer said. Linear milestones join the current cycle in the Huddle.
